Job Description:

Work as hall staff at Miraizaka Utsunomiya Nishiguchi, an izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) chain operated by Watami, located on the second floor of the West Exit Building directly in front of Utsunomiya Station. Duties include guiding customers to their seats, taking orders, preparing drinks, and serving food — a full hall role with no kitchen work required. A manager is always on the floor during your shift, so you can ask questions immediately and will never be left alone to figure things out. Shifts run from 16:00 to midnight (12:00 on weekends and public holidays), and weekend-only schedules are actively welcomed. Night shifts from 22:00 earn a 25% premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1,406 yen/hour — the same rate applies during training. High school students may work until 21:30 only, and must bring school permission to the interview. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available, and the dress code is relaxed — bright hair colours, simple piercings, and natural nail art are all OK within guidelines.

Wage:
