Job Description:

This is a product fitting and visual inspection role at a manufacturing facility in Kashiwa City, Chiba, placed through staffing agency Techno Service. Your main duties are attaching metal fittings to products and carrying out visual inspection and quality checking of completed items. Because the role involves visual inspection, normal or corrected-to-normal eyesight is required; glasses and contact lenses are fine. No prior manufacturing or inspection experience is required — training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one and a wide range of age groups including those in their 40s are currently active on the team. Working hours are daytime (08:30-17:40) and weekends and public holidays are fully off under a company calendar; working 4 days a week instead of 5 may also be negotiable. An instant payment service (即払い) is available: part of your earned wages can be drawn on a daily basis, receivable in as little as 5 days (subject to company regulations and work status). Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered. Please note: native-level Japanese language ability is required. A minimum commitment of 3 months is required.
