Job Description:

Work as kitchen staff at Oshokuji-dokoro Tanakaya, a friendly neighbourhood Chinese and Japanese set-meal restaurant a 5-minute walk from Anegasaki Station in Ichihara, Chiba. Kitchen duties include washing dishes (using a dishwasher — araiba 洗い場), simple plating, serving rice and soup, and light cooking assistance — no customer-facing service required for this role. The restaurant has a warm, community atmosphere with regular customers and a team spanning high school students to seniors in their 80s. Shifts run across a morning/lunch slot (09:00-14:30) and an evening slot (17:00-21:00) from just 2 hours a day and 1 day a week — including Saturday-only or weekend-only schedules. Cash-in-hand payment (手渡し tewatashi) is available, and early payment can be arranged on request. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free of charge. Sunday is a regular day off.

Wage:
