Job Description:
Pick, store, and label food products at the dedicated logistics warehouse for Green Beans, Aeon's online-only supermarket, in Midori ward, Chiba city. Robots bring products to your station — you check items and place them into the correct containers (ピッキング pikingu), scan barcodes to put away incoming stock, or handle bagging and label application for cut vegetables and other products. All procedures are taught step by step; no warehouse experience or qualifications are needed. This is a night shift (夜勤 yakin) position with two shift patterns to choose from: 21:00-06:00 (2 to 5 days a week) or 23:00-09:00 (2 to 4 days a week) — weekends and public holidays off, no overtime. The deep-night rate from 22:00 to 05:00 is 1,750 yen/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate). A free shuttle bus runs from Honda Station to the warehouse, and car, motorcycle, and bicycle commuting are all also available. Applicants must be aged 18 or over due to the late-night hours (Japanese labour law). A quick-pay service lets you draw wages twice a week (Tuesdays and Fridays).
