Job Description:

Work as a sales and service staff member at a long-established Western confectionery brand inside Perie Inage, the shopping complex directly connected to Inage Station in Chiba city. Duties include customer service and sales (接客販売 settai-hanbai), cashier operation, product management, gift wrapping, opening and closing procedures, and stockroom organisation. The brand is well known for its puddings, chocolates, and other sweets — popular as gifts and souvenirs, drawing a steady stream of customers. No gift-wrapping experience is needed — you will learn on the job. Shifts run across three daily patterns between 09:00 and 21:30 on a shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei) including weekends and public holidays, working 4 to 5 days per week. Some prior retail or sales experience is preferred, and applicants should be high school graduates or above. A 10% discount on purchases at Daimaru Matsuzakaya department stores is included as a staff benefit.
