Job Description:
This is a convenience store staff role at Seven-Eleven Perie Chiba, located inside the Perie Chiba shopping complex directly connected to Chiba Station — just a 2-minute walk from the station concourse. You will handle cashier and customer service, shelf restocking and display, and general store maintenance, with product ordering and other responsibilities added as you gain experience. A distinctive feature of this store is the day-of-week scheduling system: you choose which specific days of the week you want to work — for example Wednesday and Saturday only, or Thursday and Sunday only — and your schedule stays fixed around those days regardless of public holidays. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided carefully from day one over a 90-day period at the full standard rate, so applicants with no prior convenience store experience are very welcome.
