Job Description:
This is a food sales role at a long-established shrimp cracker (えびせんべい) specialty brand near Chiba Station in Chiba City's Chuo Ward, placed through staffing company Dimple. You will handle counter sales, cashier duties, shelf restocking, and delivery organisation at a premium gift-oriented specialty store known for its whole-shrimp pressed crackers and high-end assortments — popular as souvenir and special occasion gifts. The store operates with 2 to 3 staff members at any time, so you will never be left working alone. The uniform is a traditional Japanese haori hakama (羽織袴), giving the workplace a distinctive, high-quality atmosphere. This is a fixed-term position running until the end of March 2027 — well suited to those looking for bridge work or a chance to try food retail. Weekends and public holidays are included in the shift schedule — applicants must be available for some weekend work. High school graduate or above is required. Prior sales experience is an advantage but not essential.
