Job Description:
This is a counter sales role at a premium Swiss chocolate brand sold by weight (量り売り), located at Lumine Omiya shopping centre, a 2-minute walk from Omiya Station in Saitama City, placed through staffing company Dimple. You will offer customers chocolate tasting samples, take orders for weighed-by-piece purchases, operate the register and app, restock products, and manage product display — a sociable, conversation-driven role where the tasting experience is central to the sales process. The brand was founded in Switzerland over 60 years ago and is known worldwide for its premium single-piece chocolate selection; seasonal limited-edition flavours are especially popular. Weekends and public holidays are included in the shift schedule — applicants must be available for some weekend work. Prior customer service or retail sales experience of any kind is required; chocolate or food sales experience is not essential. High school graduate or above is required.
