Job Description:
Join the opening team at Taishu Sushi Sakaba Jinbee Taro Hatogaya, a lively mass-market sushi izakaya (大衆すし居酒屋 taishu-zushi-izakaya) reopening after renovation in mid-November, just 1 minute from Hatogaya Station in Kawaguchi, Saitama. Hall duties include guiding customers to seats, taking orders, serving food and drinks — all the standard hall tasks in a cheerful, casual atmosphere where fresh sushi and popular izakaya dishes keep customers coming back. Since everyone starts together as opening staff, no prior experience is needed and the playing field is level from day one. Weekday shifts run from 14:00 to midnight; weekend and public holiday shifts start from 11:00 — from just 3 hours a day and 2 days a week. Night shifts from 22:00 earn 1,495 yen/hour (深夜手当 shinya-teate). Staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided free: 1 meal for shifts of 4 hours or more, 2 meals for shifts of 8 hours or more.
