Job Description:

This is a guest room cleaning and bed making role at Hotel K-Wave, a boutique hotel a 3-minute walk from Kasukabe Station in Saitama, operated by Hospitality Management Holdings. Your duties include collecting rubbish, replacing linens (sheets, towels, mats), cleaning bathrooms and washbasins, restocking amenities (shampoo, toothbrush, slippers, cups), and cleaning shared areas such as the lobby and corridors — essentially the same as household cleaning, making it easy to start with no prior hotel experience. Senior staff will guide you through every task until you are confident, so first-time applicants and those returning after a gap are very welcome. Three shift patterns are available: early (09:00-17:00), mid (17:00-00:00), and overnight (00:00-09:00) — you can work from as little as 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, and short daytime shifts are available alongside overnight options. A perfect attendance bonus (+20円 per hour) and a late-night premium (25% up from 22:00) are both available, plus a twice-yearly bonus. Late-night and overnight shifts (22:00 onwards) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). High school students are not eligible for this position.
