Job Description:

Work as a guest room cleaning staff member at Hotel K Omiya, a stylish hotel just 4 minutes walk from Omiya Station in Saitama city. Duties include collecting rubbish, changing linens (sheets, towels, mats), cleaning bathrooms and washbasins, replacing amenities (shampoo, toothbrush, slippers etc.), and cleaning shared areas such as the lobby and corridors — essentially the same as thorough home cleaning. Three shift patterns cover the full 24 hours: early (09:00-17:00), mid (17:00-midnight), and late overnight (midnight-09:00) — from just 3 hours a day and 2 days a week via a monthly self-reported shift system (シフト制 shifuto-sei). Night shifts from 22:00 earn a 25% deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate), and the overnight base rate is 1,500 yen/hour until 05:00. A perfect attendance bonus adds 20 yen/hour on top of the base rate, plus a twice-yearly bonus. High school students are not eligible for this role. Free fitness gym access is included for staff at directly managed properties.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Mid shift (17:00-midnight): up to 1,500 yen/hour. Late/overnight shift (midnight-09:00): 1,500 yen/hour until 05:00, then 1,200 yen/hour from 05:00.
