Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Shoryu-ken (正龍軒), a miso ramen specialty restaurant a 4-minute walk from Kasukabe Station on the Tobu Isesaki Line in Kasukabe City, Saitama. Hall staff welcome and seat guests, take orders, serve dishes, handle payment, and clear tables; kitchen staff assist with cooking, food preparation, and dishwashing — and will gradually build genuine cooking skills on the job. All tasks are taught step by step by senior staff from day one, so first-time part-timers and those with no restaurant experience are very welcome. A daily payment system (日払い hibarai) is available, as well as weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) and an advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) — all subject to company regulations. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available, including the store's signature miso ramen at a discounted price. A late-night premium of 25% applies from 22:00, raising the rate to 1,495円. Late-night shifts (22:00-00:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law). High school graduate or above is required. Hair colour, piercings, and nails are permitted within reasonable food hygiene guidelines. No resume is required to apply.
