Job Description:
This is a footwear warehouse picking, inspection, and sorting role in Imafuku, Kawagoe City, Saitama, placed through staffing company LeafNxT. Your main duties are picking shoe products from warehouse shelves using a handy terminal against instruction sheets, checking each item for scratches and dirt, and sorting products for dispatch. A handy terminal and PC are used for picking and inspection but no complex operation is required — all tasks follow fixed procedures, making it easy to pick up even without prior warehouse experience. Please note that indoor shoes are required and must be brought by the applicant. Optional overtime of 30 to 60 minutes per day may occasionally be requested depending on operational conditions — it is not compulsory. An advance payment system (前払い maewatashi) is available on earned wages within company regulations. This is a short-term position — the exact contract length is disclosed at the time of offer.
