Job Description:
This is an office building cleaning role at Ichigo Sakaisuji-Honmachi Building in Chuo Ward, Osaka City, 2 minutes from Sakaisuji-Honmachi Station, operated by Zamax Sara Kansai Co., Ltd. Working in a team of 3, your duties include cleaning toilets and kitchen areas, vacuuming floors and collecting rubbish from tenant offices, and cleaning stairways, outdoor areas, and the car park. No specialist cleaning equipment is used — everything is taught from scratch during the initial training (研修 kenshuu) period, so complete beginners are very welcome. Shifts run early morning (07:00-10:00, 3 hours) on weekdays only, with weekends, public holidays, and major holiday periods (Golden Week, summer, New Year) fully off — ideal for Wwork or fitting work around family mornings. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is fully covered at actual cost. A long-service bonus of 10,000 yen is paid every year of continued employment. A friend referral bonus of 10,000 yen is also available if the person you refer completes 3 months. A minimum commitment of 6 months is required.

1,240円 (per hour)
