This is a dispatch (派遣社員 haken-shain) warehouse picking and sorting role in Nishi-ku, Sapporo, Hokkaido, at a refrigerated storage facility near Hassamu Station on the JR Hakodate Main Line. Work takes place inside a chilled warehouse and involves picking products according to a printed list, loading items onto pallets, and sorting stock by category for outbound shipment preparation. The shift runs 11:00 to 14:30, making it an ideal short-time daytime role for those with morning commitments; actual working time is approximately 3.5 hours with no overtime as a rule. Workers in their 50s and beyond make up a large part of the current team, and the workplace is described as clean and comfortable; training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from the start. An immediate payment service (即払いサービス) is available, allowing a portion of earned wages to be paid on a per-day basis with funds receivable as early as 5 days after working; social insurance is fully covered.
