Job Description:

This is a hall staff role at Genghis Khan and Motsu-nabe Hirokome Susukino Bettei (ジンギスカンともつ鍋ひろ米すすきの別邸), a specialty restaurant in Susukino, Sapporo's main entertainment district, 4 minutes walk from Susukino Station on the Sapporo Municipal Subway Namboku Line. The restaurant is known for fresh, never-frozen lamb (ジンギスカン Jingisukan) butchered and aged in-house, as well as motsu-nabe (もつ鍋 motsu-nabe) hot pot; staff serve these in a lively izakaya (居酒屋 izakaya) atmosphere. Hall duties include welcoming and seating customers, serving food and drinks, preparing cooking ingredients at the table side, and cleaning the dining area; kitchen and cashier work are also part of the role. Three shift bands are available: 17:00-22:00, 18:00-23:30, and 21:00-02:00 (overnight); a minimum of 3 hours per shift and 1 day per week is accepted, and the restaurant actively recruits people who can work the late closing shifts. The 21:00-02:00 shift crosses midnight and a 25% late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,500 yen per hour during those hours. Wages are paid cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) and a main-job priority bonus applies for applicants making Hirokome their primary role; experienced applicants may start at 1,300 yen per hour.
