Job Description:

This is a picking and packing role inside a chilled warehouse, handling yogurt products including picking, case stacking, and pre-shipment label application (シール貼り shiru-bari). The workplace is a chilled distribution facility in Okayama's Minami ward, staffed by a wide range of ages with full senior support for newcomers. Work starts at 11:00, making for a relaxed morning start, and shorter shifts from 14:00 to 19:00 (5 hours) may be negotiable. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required. The advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available per company rules. A friend referral campaign offers a 3,000-yen digital gift card reward (company conditions apply).
