Job Description:

Work as hall and kitchen staff at Marugame Seimen, a popular udon chain restaurant in Tsuyama, Okayama. The restaurant welcomes a wide range of customers including local regulars, office workers on weekdays, and families on weekends, creating a warm and friendly atmosphere. Duties are divided into clear roles so each task can be done efficiently, and thorough training (kenshuu) is provided so no experience is necessary. A late-night allowance (shinya-teate) applies from 22:00 onwards, with wages increasing by 25%. Staff meals (makanai) are available for just 120 yen per meal (up to 800 yen worth), and a transport allowance (koutsuuhi) of up to 50,000 yen per month is provided. Shifts run on a weekly request basis (shifuto-sei), with options for weekdays only, weekends only, or short daily hours from 3 hours. A minimum contract period of 3 months is required.
