This is a night-shift hotel kitchen staff role at a stylish hotel in Fukuoka's Chuo ward, handling cooking duties from 20:00 to 02:00 (overnight). The role involves hotel kitchen cooking support under chef direction; those with prior izakaya, family restaurant, or other kitchen experience are particularly welcome, but enthusiasm for cooking is the key requirement. The deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) applies from 22:00, bringing the effective rate to 1,725円/hour for those hours. Transport allowance is already included in the hourly rate. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available for earned wages. A minimum of 4 days per week is required; shift arrangements can be discussed flexibly and other shift times may be negotiable on enquiry.
