This is a general convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Kokura Shimoitodzu Gochome store in Kitakyushu's Kokura Kita ward, open 24 hours and catering to a wide range of local customers of all ages. Duties include register and counter operation (including fried food preparation, parcel handling, ticket sales, and bill payments), product stocking and display, store cleaning, and product ordering for experienced staff. The store uses a 5-stage staff qualification and evaluation system with salary increases of 20-150 yen per level, giving clear progression milestones to work toward.
