Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at a freshly opened unagi (eel) specialty restaurant in Hakata ward, Fukuoka, just 3 minutes walk from Gofukumachi Station on the Fukuoka City Subway Hakozaki Line. The restaurant opened in late June and specialises exclusively in unaju (うな重) eel rice sets — with only one main menu item, there is very little to memorise, making this an easy entry point for those new to food service. Hall duties include customer service and register operation; kitchen duties involve plating and cooking assistance. The schedule runs two blocks daily — 10:00-15:00 and 17:00-22:00 — five days per week; the split-shift format gives you a break in the afternoon between lunch and dinner service. An advance pay system (給与前払いサービス kyuuyo-maebara-saabisu) lets you receive earned wages before the regular pay date. Transportation costs are included within the stated hourly rate rather than paid separately.
