Job Description:
Work as restaurant hall staff at Oedo Onsen Monogatari Premium Matsunoi, a hot spring inn opening in Minakami, Gunma in August 2026 — this is an opening staff position where you help build the team from scratch. Duties include setting up the dining area, guiding guests to their seats, serving dishes, clearing tables, and assisting guests with commemorative photographs (shutter service). Shifts span from early morning through to evening, and you can work mornings only or evenings only depending on your availability. No experience in hospitality is required; senior trainers provide one-on-one support at your own pace with no quotas or deadlines. Live-in dormitory accommodation is available (conditions apply), making this suitable as a resort job.
