Job Description:

This is a convenience store staff role at FamilyMart Takasaki Shinmachi Fuekimachi, located along National Route 17 near the JGSDF Shinmachi garrison. Duties cover all standard convenience store operations including cashier work, product ordering, shelf merchandising, and cleaning. The store has an approachable, friendly atmosphere and new staff receive patient, one-on-one training (研修 kenshuu) from day one. Three shift slots are available: early morning (5:00-9:00), daytime (9:00-22:00), and night (22:00-05:00 overnight). The store is currently recruiting staff who can work Saturday 13:00-18:00 and Sunday 10:00-15:00; once-a-week shifts are also possible. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) include a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) and are open to applicants aged 18 and over only under Japanese labour law.

Wage:

1,063円 (per hour) Early morning shift (5:00-9:00): 1,200円. Deep-night shift (22:00-05:00): 1,330円 (includes statutory deep-night premium). Salary increase system available.
