Job Description:
Work at the kiosk (売店 baiten) inside a corporate employee cafeteria at the Nippon Michelin Tyre Ota plant, serving employees who are regular, familiar faces each day. Duties include cashier work (レジ打ち reji-uchi), shelf stocking, product display, and ordering -- experienced staff in decoration or illustration are welcome to put their own stamp on the shop layout. The shift runs 10:00 to 14:30, weekdays only (平日のみ heijitsu-nomi), making it easy to balance with household responsibilities. A small, friendly team of around seven staff -- mostly women in their 30s to 50s -- work together in a supportive, homely atmosphere. A staff meal benefit (賄い makanai) and a points reward system (birthday, tenure, staff referral) are available, with points redeemable for food and appliances. Car, motorbike, and bicycle commuting are all permitted with parking on site.
