Job Description:

Work as a hall staff member at Yugyoan Fukuoka Honten (游魚庵福岡本店), a motsu-nabe (もつ鍋) and fresh squid izakaya 5 minutes from Hakata Station, where hair colour, nail art, and piercings are all fully welcome. Hall-only duties include customer seating, handheld-terminal order taking, food and drink service (配膳 haizen), table clearing, cashier, and store cleaning -- no cooking duties whatsoever. Shifts run within a 10:00 to 00:00 window with 1 to 2 week advance scheduling; from 4 hours per day and 2 days per week, with weekend-only and weekday-only arrangements available and flexible adjustments for exams, club activities, or second jobs. Working after 22:00 earns a statutory 25% deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate), bringing the rate to 1,500 yen per hour; late-night shifts are for those aged 18 and over (省令2号). Foreign nationals are welcome but must have JLPT N2 or above (or equivalent Japanese). A staff meal benefit (まかない makanai) is provided, and a 15-minute workplace visit is available before applying.

Wage:

1,200円 (per hour) Deep-night allowance (深夜手当): 1,500円/hr after 22:00 (statutory 25% premium). Annual salary increase available.
