Job Description:

This is an evening and late-night hall staff role at Kaientai Okinawa Majiya Daimyo store, an Okinawan cuisine izakaya in Chuo-ku, Fukuoka, a 7-minute walk from Nishitetsu-Fukuoka (Tenjin) Station. You will handle guest seating, order taking, drink making, serving, cashier duties, and customer service in a lively, music-filled restaurant known for its warm, friendly atmosphere. The store has a staff-first scheduling philosophy — all shift requests are accommodated as far as possible, with shifts submitted one week at a time for maximum flexibility. If the store keeps you past the last train, taxi fare is covered in full by the company. Staff meals (まかない makanai) of Okinawan dishes are provided free of charge every shift. For those interested, training at the company's Okinawa head store is available with all travel and accommodation costs covered. Late-night shifts from 22:00 earn the statutory 25% deep-night premium (1,375 yen per hour). Hair colour, nails, beard, and piercings are all permitted. No resume required.
