Job Description:

This is a dispatch role for visual inspection of metal automotive parts at an air-conditioned factory in Shibata-machi, Miyagi. Parts are checked against specification sheets for scratches and distortion as they come out of the furnace — a straightforward, focused task that can be performed at your own pace once you are settled in. The day shift runs 08:00 to 16:50 with three breaks totalling 65 minutes. Weekends and public holidays are off (Saturday and Sunday rest days, 115 annual holidays including GW, summer, and year-end breaks). Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available via smartphone application with funds receivable in as little as 5 minutes after request (subject to rules). New staff relocating from outside the area receive a 20,000-yen digital gift voucher on joining day. Car and motorbike commuting are welcome with free on-site parking. Transport allowance is paid up to 30,000 yen per month. The UTGroup employee stock scheme converts worked hours into points exchangeable for company shares.
