This is a staff supervisor and warehouse operations role at an air-conditioned logistics centre in Narashino City, Chiba, handling cart transport and team coordination. Approximately half of the work is desk-based: taking roll call of team members (around 10 people), checking attendance, and drawing up the following month's shift schedule. The other half involves working on the warehouse floor alongside the team, transporting merchandise carts and handling related logistics duties. Training starts with business manner basics and an overview of operations, followed by on-the-job training with a senior colleague, with independent working expected within 2 to 6 months.
