Job Description:
This is a care facility kitchen assistant role at an elderly welfare facility near Chiba Station, supporting a registered dietitian's meal programme for around 60 residents per service. Duties include preparing modified-texture meals such as minced food (刻み食 kizamishoku), finely minced food (極刻み食 gokukizamishoku), and blended/puréed food (ミキサー食 mixa-shoku), alongside general cooking assistance. Two shift patterns are available — morning (08:30-14:30) or afternoon (14:30-19:30) — both at the same rate, with double-shifting also possible. Staff meals are provided free of charge: staff eat the same food as residents during their shift. Weekly payment (週払い shuubarai) is available. Experience in a care facility or hospital catering kitchen is required.
Wage:
1,460円 (per hour)
Salary increase available. Minimal overtime (a few hours per month, paid separately).
