Hall duties include opening prep, guiding guests to seats, order taking using a handheld device, food and drink service, and checkout; kitchen duties include dishwashing and other back-of-house support. The store recently reopened after a refurbishment and has a relaxed atmosphere with sofa seating and private rooms — popular with couples and business diners.
