Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at 鉄板焼 一燈 (Teppanyaki Itto), a new reservation-only high-end teppanyaki restaurant opening on 17 September inside Actus Hiroshima, with ocean views from the second floor. As an opening member, all staff start at the same point — the owner-chef trains each person from scratch, so no prior restaurant experience is needed. Duties include welcoming guests, taking orders, serving dishes, simple plating assistance, and general floor support; all specialist preparation is handled by the chef. The restaurant operates on a full reservation system, meaning a calm and composed pace compared to casual dining — well suited to those who prefer a quieter working environment. Shifts run within the 17:00-23:30 window, with a minimum of 3 hours per shift and full flexibility on days; early finish is possible on lighter booking days. Free staff meals (まかない makanai) are provided by the owner-chef for shifts of 4 hours or more. Transportation allowance is covered up to 15,000円 per month; salary increases are available as responsibilities expand. Hair colour, nails, and piercings are permitted within reasonable guidelines; no resume is required to apply.
