Job Description:

This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at Seven-Eleven Tochigi Ekimae-dori, located just 2 minutes walk from Tochigi Station next to Sukiya restaurant. Available shifts are: afternoon 13:00-17:00, evening 17:00-21:00, and overnight 21:00-09:00 (overnight); a minimum of 3 to 4 hours per shift is accepted from 1 day per week. Duties include register operation and customer service, shelf stocking and product display, delivery handling, store cleaning, and product ordering once you are comfortable with the routine. A late-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,335円 per hour applies to hours worked between 22:00 and 05:00 on the overnight shift (statutory 25% uplift). Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided from day one, with tasks introduced gradually so those new to convenience store work can build confidence at their own pace. A salary increase (昇給 shokyu) is available; social insurance is in place for qualifying hours, and a staff promotion pathway to franchise employee status exists.
