Job Description:
This is a food packaging and inspection role at a manufacturing facility near Sesome in Kurihara, Miyagi, handling food-grade film products supplied in roll form. Tasks include bundling packaging film sheets into sets of 100, visual inspection (検品 kenpin), binding, and transporting finished product by trolley -- items weigh around 10 kilograms. Two shift options are available: a standard daytime shift (08:30-17:30) and a night shift (18:30-03:30 overnight); the night shift crosses midnight and the deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate) at 1.25 times the base rate applies from 22:00 to 03:30. Weekends and public holidays are off, following the facility's company calendar, making this a stable weekday-focused position. Overtime is minimal, averaging under 10 hours per month. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available, allowing wages to be received promptly without waiting for a monthly payday. No resume or in-person visit is required to register -- web registration is accepted, and a workplace visit prior to starting can be arranged. A 14-day trial period applies, after which long-term continued employment is expected. Japanese language ability at JLPT N4 level or above is required.

Deep-night premium (深夜手当 shinya-teate): 25% increase for hours worked 22:00-05:00 on the night shift (18:30-03:30), bringing rate to approx. 1,375 yen/hour for those hours.
