Job Description:

This is a hotel room cleaning and bed-making (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu) role at Richmond Hotel Sendai, operated by Royal Group subsidiary RNT Hotels, located in the Hanakoin area of Sendai's Aoba ward. Tasks include towel collection, unit bathroom cleaning, bed-making, vacuuming, wiping surfaces, and rubbish removal -- skills that transfer directly from everyday household experience. Work is performed as part of a team, with shifts running across three possible windows: morning (07:00-16:00), midday (10:00-19:00), or afternoon-evening (13:00-22:00); the core advertised shift is 09:30-15:00. The ability to work at least one weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week is required for this role. An advance payment (前払い maebarai) system is available, allowing up to 50% of accrued wages to be requested at any time and any number of times (transfer fees apply). Employees who join social insurance receive an additional 50 yen per hour on top of the base rate; the base rate increased to 1,100 yen from September 2026.
