Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Niku no Yamagyu Unimo Chihara-dai, a yakiniku beef restaurant from the Toridoll group, located on the second floor of the Unimo Chihara-dai shopping centre in Ichihara, Chiba. The store operates an open kitchen format where staff interact with customers face-to-face across order-taking, cooking, and cashier duties, creating a lively working environment. Kitchen duties include cutting meat to order and grilling it over charcoal (炭火 sumibe), plating, dishwashing using an industrial machine, and prep and cleaning work during quieter periods. Hall duties include welcoming guests, register operation on a touchscreen system, and tray collection. Weekday shifts run 18:00-22:00 (evening only); weekend and holiday shifts run 08:00-22:00 with a wage premium of 1,300 yen per hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. No experience is required -- step-by-step training (研修 kenshuu) and full recipe manuals are provided, and most staff start with no service industry background. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per meal up to 800 yen worth of food, with takeaway of the meal also permitted. A long-term incentive is built in: every 1,000 hours of cumulative work earns a 10-yen hourly wage increase (subject to a cap).

Wage:

1,250円 (per hour) Weekend and public holiday premium: 1,300 yen/hour on Saturdays, Sundays, and public holidays. Hourly wage increases by 10 yen per 1,000 cumulative hours worked (subject to upper limit). Salary increase system in place.
