Job Description:
You will work at Sushiro (スシロー) Asuto Nagamachi, a popular conveyor belt sushi restaurant in Taihaku-ku, Sendai, handling both hall and kitchen duties. Hall duties include seating guests, serving drinks and other items, and processing payments; kitchen duties include washing dishes and utensils, assembling sushi (rice is machine-pressed), and rice preparation and kitchen prep work. Automated ordering, self-checkout registers, and an automatic plate-counting system keep things running smoothly so staff can focus on hospitality and teamwork. Shifts are flexible (shifuto-sei シフト制) with a minimum of 3 hours and 2 days per week; weekend-only patterns are welcome and shifts are submitted weekly. Weekend and public holiday shifts attract a 50-yen/hour bonus. Hours after 22:00 qualify for the deep-night premium (shinya-teate 深夜手当) at 1,375 yen/hour. High school students and those under 18 are limited to shifts ending by 22:00. An advance pay system (maewatashi 前払い) is available per company rules. Transport allowance (koutsuuhi 交通費) is paid in full. Hair colour, piercings, beard, and coloured contacts are all permitted within store rules.
