Job Description:

Support residents at a bright, high-end senior care mansion in Sakura, Chiba, with daily living assistance including room cleaning, linen changing, meal support, walking accompaniment, and toilet and bath assistance. The facility has a warm, home-like atmosphere and is aimed at active seniors, so the role is supportive rather than intensive care. Day shift only across three time slot options (07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, or 10:00-19:00, each with 1 hour break), with no overtime, making it easy to maintain a regular daily rhythm. A minimum of 2 days per week is sufficient, with full-time also welcome; days and start times are fully negotiable. Care Worker (介護福祉士 kaigo fukushishi) qualification earns 2,050-2,400 yen per hour; Initial Training (初任者研修 shonin-sha kenshu) holders are also welcome. Applicants with at least 6 months of care experience may apply without a formal qualification. A dedicated support coordinator is available throughout your employment.
