Job Description:
Work at Marugame Seimen Narashino-dai along Route 296 in Funabashi, Chiba, in hall or kitchen positions at a popular udon chain restaurant. Duties include udon boiling and plating, tempura and onigiri preparation, cashier work, dishwashing using a dishwasher, and store cleaning - each staff member focuses on one dedicated position per shift. A step-by-step training system with full recipe guides is in place, so first-time part-timers and career-gap returners are warmly welcome. Shifts run 08:00-23:00 on weekdays and Sundays, and 08:00-24:00 on Fridays and Saturdays; a deep-night allowance (shinya-teate) of 25% applies to hours worked from 22:00 onwards. Flexible scheduling is available including weekday-only and weekend-only arrangements; shifts are submitted weekly. Minimum contract period is 3 months.
Wage:
1,200円 (per hour)
After 22:00: +25% deep-night allowance (shinya-teate), approx. 1,500 yen/hr. Salary increases via clear promotion system. Bonus system available.
