Job Description:

This is a café staff role at a stylish café in Ichibancho, Sendai's Aoba-ku, arranged through Espool Human Solutions, covering counter service, drink preparation, and floor duties. Tasks include cashier and payment handling, making drinks, guiding customers in the dining area, serving orders, and light cleaning as you settle in - no specialist barista knowledge or prior café experience is required. Shifts run within a 09:00-21:00 window for 7-8 hours of actual work with a 60-minute break; multiple shift patterns are available and fixed hours or specific days can be negotiated. OJT training (研修 kenshuu) runs for 3 days on weekdays from 09:00-17:00 at the same hourly rate of 1,350 yen. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available per company rules. Transport allowance (交通費 koutsuuhi) is provided per company rules. Hair colouring, nails, and piercings are all accepted. A minimum 3-month contract is preferred; short-term from 1 month is also possible.
