Job Description:
This is a convenience store (コンビニ konbini) staff role at FamilyMart Kashiwagi 1-chome in Aoba-ku, Sendai, near Tohoku University Hospital, run by a store manager who emphasises a welcoming, home-like atmosphere. Tasks include cashier and customer service, product ordering, shelf and display management, and cleaning - the full range of convenience store duties picked up gradually with patient one-on-one guidance from senior staff. Three shift options are available spanning morning through to evening (07:00-22:00); weekdays only, weekends only, and early morning schedules are all accommodated from just 1 day and 4 hours per week. Salary increases through the FamilyMart SST (Store Staff Training) qualification system - the more skills you acquire, the higher your hourly rate. Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided over a 1-month trial period at the same rate. Uniform (制服 seifuku) provided. Motorcycle and bicycle commuting accepted. Transport allowance provided.
