Job Description:
This is a daily life support and room cleaning role at a senior housing facility (シニアハウス shinia-hausu) in Nidona-cho, Chiba City's Chuo-ku, accessed via Soga Station. Tasks include changing linen and cleaning residents' rooms, assisting with meals, accompanying residents on walks, and providing prompts and support for toilet and bathing routines - supportive care work in a calm and friendly environment. Starting with learning residents' names is fine; those with care gaps or limited experience are fully supported by a dedicated coordinator throughout the assignment. Shifts are daytime only (no overnight work) with three options: 07:00-16:00, 09:00-18:00, or 10:00-19:00; from 2 days per week and as few as part-time hours if needed. Wage varies by qualification: 1,450円 with 6+ months care experience (no qualification); 1,800-2,000円 with Introductory Care Training (初任者研修 shoninsya-kenshuu / Caregiver Level 2); 1,900-2,100円 with Certified Care Worker (介護福祉士 kaigo-fukushishi) qualification.
