Job Description:
This is a hall staff role at IBIZA143, a stylish 20-seat oyster and dining bar in Kita-ei, Urayasu City, 4 minutes walk from Urayasu Station on the Tokyo Metro Tozai Line. Hall tasks include taking orders, making drinks, and simple food preparation for snacks and appetisers - no prior bar or restaurant experience is required as senior staff provide one-on-one training from day one. Two shift options are available: an early evening shift (17:00-22:00) and a late-night shift (22:00-02:00); minimum 4 hours per day and 2 days per week is accepted, with flexible scheduling for students and second-job workers. The venue is a small, music-filled space with a relaxed atmosphere; staff can enjoy a drink alongside their shift in a friendly team environment. Cash in hand (手渡し tewatashi) payment is available. Daily and weekly payment also available. Transport allowance up to 500 yen per day. Staff meals (まかない makanai) and uniform provided. Hair colour, nails, and piercings are all accepted. No resume required at interview. Late-night shifts (22:00-02:00) carry a deep-night allowance (深夜手当 shinya-teate) of 1,500 yen per hour and are for applicants aged 18 and over only.
