Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Marugame Seimen Sodegaura, an udon restaurant along National Route 16, reopening after a renovation in early September 2026. Duties are divided into clearly defined positions: clearing and cleaning the hall, dishwashing, register operation, and cooking udon, tempura and rice dishes — you start from a position that suits your strengths. Thorough training (研修 kenshuu) and clear manuals are in place, making this suitable for first-time workers and those returning after a break. Native-level Japanese is required for this position. Staff meals (まかない makanai) are available at 120 yen per sitting, with up to 800 yen worth of food. A family canteen card allows children aged 15 and under to eat up to 10,000 yen per month free of charge. Car and motorcycle commuting are welcome, and gasoline costs are reimbursed within company regulations. Sodegaura Station is 13 minutes walk away.
