Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff position at Tohoku-ya Aoba, an izakaya-style restaurant located just 2 minutes from Sendai Station in Aoba Ward, Sendai. You will serve food and drinks on the floor or assist with kitchen preparation, with hair color, nail art, and piercings all permitted so you can work as yourself. Shifts run from 13:00 to 03:00 with flexible scheduling from 3 hours a day and 2 days a week, and late-night hours from 22:00 earn a 25% pay premium. Monthly feedback meetings are held and salary increases are tied directly to your performance and skill development.

Wage:

1,100円 (per hour) 1,100円 <br />Deep-night premium (22:00 onwards): 1,375円 (base x 1.25). Salary increase available based on monthly performance evaluation.
