Job Description:
This is a deli and bento manufacturing role at York Benimaru Wakabayashi store, a supermarket in Wakabayashi-ku, Sendai. You will prepare and plate bento boxes and side dishes (惣菜 sozai) following detailed manuals, with support from experienced staff throughout. The role suits those with home cooking experience — skills from everyday cooking translate directly to this work. Shifts run from 08:00 to 16:00 on a shift rotation (シフト制 shifuto-sei), with a minimum of 30 hours per week. Time-based wage premiums apply: early shifts before 08:00 earn an extra 100 yen/hour; evening shifts from 17:00 to 19:00 earn 100 yen/hour extra; from 19:00 onward, 150 yen/hour extra. Weekend bonuses also apply: Saturdays 30 yen/hour extra, Sundays and public holidays 100 yen/hour extra. Car and motorbike commuting are permitted.
