Job Description:
Clean the public areas of Hotel Route Inn Furukawa Ekimae in Osaki, Miyagi. Duties include cleaning the large public baths for men and women, the laundry corner, lobby, staff toilets, smoking area, elevators and stairways. Outdoor cleaning is also part of the role, along with snow clearing during the winter months. Careful work here shapes the first impression guests have of the hotel, so attention to detail matters. Around 90 percent of the staff started with no experience, and senior staff teach the work step by step. Shifts run from 10:30 to 15:00 with a minimum of 4 days a week, and the number of days can be discussed. The team covers for each other on sudden days off and shift swaps, which suits people balancing childcare, family care or study. The hotel is about a 2 minute walk from Furukawa Station on the Tohoku Shinkansen line.
Wage:
1,040円 (per hour)
Regular pay rise of 10円 per year, up to five times. Staff referral allowance of a 20,000円 QUO card. Graduation bonus of 10,000円 per year of service.
