Job Description:
This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Sushiro Sendai Ichibancho, a conveyor-belt sushi restaurant located in the basement of Belmose Building in central Sendai, a 5-minute walk from Aoba-dori Ichibancho Station. Hall duties include seating guests, serving drinks, and processing payments; kitchen duties include washing dishes and cooking utensils, preparing sushi toppings, cooking rice, and assembling sushi (rice is shaped by machine). The store uses automated ordering, plate-counting cameras, and self-checkout to streamline operations, allowing staff to focus on delivering friendly, attentive service. Shifts run between 09:00 and 00:00 with a minimum of 3 hours per shift; the schedule is submitted weekly so last-minute adjustments are easy to arrange. Weekend and public holiday shifts pay an extra 50 yen per hour on top of the base rate. A 30% staff discount applies on working days, and staff who work 80 or more hours per month receive a 30% discount voucher valid at any Sushiro nationwide.

1,130円 (per hour)
Late-night rate (22:00 onwards): 1,413円. Weekend and public holiday premium: +50円/hour on all slots. Training period (60 hours): 1,080円 general / 1,350円 after 22:00 / 1,050円 high school students. Salary increase available.
