Job Description:
Work as a hotel room cleaner and bed maker (ベッドメイキング beddo-meikingu) at Hotel Route Inn Sendai Nagamachi Inter in Taihaku-ku, Sendai, part of the Route Inn Group which operates around 400 hotels nationwide. Duties include vacuuming, wiping surfaces, changing bed sheets, cleaning unit bathrooms (ユニットバス yunitto-basu), and restocking amenities -- essentially professional housekeeping using the same skills as home cleaning, but with pro techniques you can apply in daily life too. The single daily shift runs 09:30 to 15:00, making it easy to balance with family, childcare, or nursing responsibilities. Weekend and public holiday shift availability is particularly welcome. JLPT N3 or above is required; English and Chinese speakers are especially welcome as the role involves occasional guest interaction in corridors. Car commuting is permitted.
Wage:
1,040円 (per hour)
Trial period (2 months): 1,040円/hr (same rate). Annual salary increase: +10円/hr per year (up to 5 times). Graduation bonus: years of service x 10,000円.
