Job Description:

This is a hall and kitchen staff role at Gusto (ガスト), a popular family restaurant chain operated by the Skylark Group, in Nikko, Tochigi. Floor staff handle customer seating, drink bar restocking, table clearing, and checking dishes before serving; ordering, payment, and much of the food delivery is handled by tablets and robot systems (ロボット robotto), making the job physically manageable. Kitchen staff assist with dishwashing (洗い場 araiba) and cooking preparation, with full cooking taught as you gain experience. A morning cleaning shift (朝清掃 asa-seiso) is also available from 09:00 to 10:30. Training is done via a dedicated app with videos and images, so all new staff learn the same way from day one. Advance payment (前給 zenkyuu) is available via smartphone the next day after working, up to 70% of earned wages. Late-night shifts (22:00-05:00) are for applicants aged 18 and over only (Japanese labour law); high school students may not work after 22:00. Weekend and holiday shifts earn bonus crew points (1 hour = 30 points, usable as cash at all Skylark Group restaurants).
