Job Description:
This is a food manufacturing and packing job at a natto (fermented soybean) production facility in Utsunomiya. You will assist with measuring raw ingredients, boiling and steaming soybeans, and packing finished products into trays, bags, and boxes. Daily payment (日払い hibarai) is available so you can receive your wages quickly after each shift. No resume or visit to the office required — the entire application process is completed online (WEB登録 webu-toroku). Training (研修 kenshuu) is provided, and a coordinator is available to answer questions before you start work. Social insurance (社会保険 shakai-hoken) is included. Overtime is common at this site (20+ hours per month).
Wage:
1,200円 (per hour) Transportation allowance paid separately (subject to worksite rules). Paid leave available. 14-day trial period applies.
